Making A Purchase:
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. We accept all forms of credit and debit card.. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. We DO NOT hold back orders. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. Minimum order value is £100 excluding VAT. However, orders place with a net value below £150 will require payment by credit or debit card prior to dispatch, with the exception of personalized items ( Teddy Letters BJ100, BJ101, BJ102 -- Name Train BJ200, BJ201 A-Z -- Name Beads BJ400, BJ401, BJ402, BJ403, BJ404 -- Rail Name BR100 - BR128 ) These will be despatched at cheapest courier rate. All order into Ireland and Europe will need to be paid for before they leave. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the terms and conditions of this agreement shall apply to any order placed by the customer. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and those passing between the parties these terms shall prevail. No variation of the terms and conditions shall be allowed unless expressly accepted in writing. |
| Delivery Schedule: We aim to deliver next day, althought please alow up to 10 days for delivery. If you do need your order urgently then please place your order and then ring the office on 01303 250400 and eplain that it is urgent and we will do our best to get it to you the very next day as long as your account is uptodate. |
| Back Orders: We do not hold back order, we ask that you order them with your next order please. For this reason only products that are in stock will be purchasable on the website. |
| Tax Charges: For orders supplied to customers in countries that are members of the EU VAT will not be charged providing a valid VAT number is provided. 15% VAT is charged on all other orders. |
| Credit Card Security: When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. |

Returns Policy:
Order shortages must be notified to Bigjigs Toys Ltd within 5 working days of receipt of order. Any complaints relating to the goods or the invoice must be notified to Bigjigs Toys Ltd by the customer within 5 days of the invoice. Goods must only be returned after prior consultation and you have been asked to do so. |
| Remittance Terms Payment is to be received by us within 28 days of invoice date. If payment is received by us withing 10 days, a 3% early settlement discount may be deducted from the invoice ( The amount is shown on the invoice). For payment by cheque, please return your payment to us with the complete remittance advice slip sent with your invoice. For payment by BACS please ensure both your trading name and postcode are used as a reference. Settlement discounts are NOT applied to pro-form invoices. |
